By booking an appointment, you are guaranteeing a time slot with me. Walk ins are welcomed, but are not guaranteed and subject to availability. All persons, even returning, will require ID to show proof of age. I require the physical copy to confirm the given ID. In the case of minor children that meet my criteria for being eligible for being pierced, it is important to come prepared with all necessary documentation.

MINORS HAVE TO HAVE AN ID AS WELL AS THE PARENT/GUARDIAN.
GUARDIANS MUST SHOW PROOF OF GUARDIANSHIP.

FAILING TO COME PREPARED WILL RESULT AS A NO-CALL NO-SHOW AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND APPOINTMENT TIME, AND WILL NEED TO RE-BOOK.
BEING MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE WILL ALSO RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES EARLY.
